Anesthesia for Perforator Flap Surgery
摘要
At present, as for the combined craniomaxillofacial surgery in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignancies in China, the skill of free tissue grafting repair of defects after tumor resection with microscopic techniques has taken an international advanced position. After the 1970s, microsurgical techniques were gradually applied in oral and maxillofacial surgery. In particular, the success of free perforator flap grafting with small vessel anastomosis made it possible to perform immediate repair after large-sized surgical defects in the oral and maxillofacial region, thus greatly promoting the development of oral and maxillofacial reconstructive surgery. The development of surgery promoted the development of anesthesia related to it, while the surgical safety guarantee provided by anesthesia is the premise and basis for the development of surgery. The two infiltrate and integrate to each other inseparably.
