Research on the Application of Risk-Informed Safety Classification in the Field of Repair/Replacement
摘要
Risk-informed safety classification divides structures, systems and components (SSCs) for nuclear power station into four categories: RISC-1, RISC-2, RISC-3 and RISC-4. The equipment classified as RISC-3 can be exempted from the repair/replacement requirements for ASME Class 2 and 3 equipment in 10 CFR 50.55a(g), which means that it does not need to comply with the repair/replacement requirements of ASME BPV Code Section XI, thereby reducing the burden of repair/replacement activities in nuclear power plants. This article investigates the application of risk-informed safety classification in the repair/replacement field in the United States and compares it with the corresponding regulatory requirements for CPR1000 units in China. It proposes a method for the application of risk-informed safety classification in the repair/replacement field in China, providing guidance for the implementation of risk-informed safety classification and corresponding field applications in china nuclear power plants in the future.
