In recent years, with the rapid innovation and development of the nuclear industry, promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises has become an inevitable requirement for China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. to achieve high-quality development and build a world-class nuclear power engineering general contractor. Among them, quality management has also ushered in a new round of changes, has moved from total quality management to digital, intelligent quality management of quality 4.0 era. Digital quality management is an advanced quality management mode based on the deep integration of new generation information technology and quality management, which improves the digital, networking and intelligent level of quality management activities in the whole life cycle, the whole value chain and the whole industrial chain, and enhances the competitiveness of quality brands. Data, information and knowledge are important resources for quality management at this stage. Based on the overall strategic layout of the company’s digital transformation, based on the construction of quality data base and the construction of digital scenarios for quality management of nuclear power engineering, this paper realizes digital quality management covering the main business processes of R&D, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and technical service projects through the construction of quality cockpits and the integrated construction of quality intelligent management platforms. Effectively standardize the company’s daily quality workflow management, promote the full coordination and utilization of internal and external quality information, achieve scientific quality management decisions, improve work efficiency and management benefits, and support the leapfrog improvement of the company’s quality management level.
