This article takes a certain nuclear power plant as an example to elaborate on the overall architecture of the smart water management system of the nuclear power plant. Its foundation is to use intelligent perception technology, intelligent control technology, and information management technology to build a centralized control and management platform. Centralize the display and operation of functions such as automatic operation, automatic inspection, automatic alarm, and online monitoring on the centralized control management platform. The Smart Water Centralized Control and Management Center is equipped with a centralized control cabinet, an upper computer with control and monitoring functions, and a centralized control large screen display. A comprehensive monitoring system is selected as the integrated control management platform to provide a wider range of business management functions and more advanced analysis and decision support functions for the production and operation of the water plant, realizing unified supervision and guidance of the water plant’s production and operation, thereby strengthening the fine management of the water plant, improving the automation level of the water treatment plant, reducing the workload of inspection personnel, and gradually moving away from manual inspection methods. Promote the digitization, informatization, networking, and intelligence of water management in power plants, and improve the energy efficiency of water management in nuclear power plants.
