Research on Automatic Annotation Technology of Nuclear Island Pipeline Based on E3D

This article studies the automatic annotation technology of (E3D AVEVA Everything 3D) nuclear island pipelines, which enables the transmission of three-dimensional annotation information from the design source to downstream users. Automatically annotate the three-dimensional model of the pipeline in the design software, including the basic dimensions of the pipeline, the spacing of the pipeline, the positioning of the pipeline, and display the material list and weld list of the three-dimensional model of the pipeline. Ensure that the depth of model annotation design is not lower than that of 2D construction drawings, and the 3D dimension information marked includes component size, pipeline length, distance between pipeline and surrounding items, support and hanger size, pipeline line number, pipeline section number, component number, weld number, adjustment section, and connection information. This study is mainly applied to the construction aspect of replacing 2D drawings with 3D models, aiming to completely replace drawings by meeting the comprehensive application of 3D models for pipeline installation construction by construction units. Transforming from drawing centered construction to model centered construction. At the same time, it is convenient to associate construction information in 3D models, providing support for 3D printing and 5D simulation technology. The main technical point of this article lies in dimension annotation and display in design software, transmitting the above model data as structured files to downstream, which can be directly extracted and utilized by downstream construction, providing reference and reference for related industries.
