Strength Analysis of Large-Span Dome Steel Formwork Based on Different Construction Schemes
摘要
The outer containment dome of the reactor building has the characteristics of large span, thick plate, and semi flattened spherical shape, which belongs to a high-risk project of a certain scale, and has problems such as high construction risk and cross operation. To solve the problem of pouring concrete for the dome, this paper presents the structural layout of steel formwork and proposes four different concrete construction schemes. Combining theoretical calculation methods, the optimized construction scheme is determined through strength analysis and construction index comparison throughout the pouring process, ensuring the safety of strength analysis during the pouring process. This achieves efficient construction design and provides reference value for subsequent nuclear power plant dome construction and steel formwork design.
