These days, one of the biggest hazards to humanity is undernourishment. Both human capital formation and economic development are dependent on adequate nutrition (Bryce et al., 2008; Sachs, 2002; Sen, 1995). It is now certain that all kinds of malnutrition will be eradicated, at least by 2030, in accordance with commitments 2.1 and 2.2. The commitment 2.1 guarantees that everyone has year-round access to safe, nourishing, and sufficient food. According to the FAO's 2017 and 2018 reports, conflict, climate variability, and other extremes deter attempts to end hunger.

摘要
