Digital Twin-Based Design Verification Method for Nuclear Safety-Class DCS
摘要
To address the lack of verification methods in the engineering design process of nuclear safety-class Digital Control Systems (DCS), this study leverages digital twin technology to automatically translate and map DCS electrical design and logic configuration into specialized software programs such as Simulink and Unity, creating twin models for aspects such as logic operations, electrical simulation, and 3D layout. The automated translation and mapping process involves data reconstruction and model construction, with real-time data interaction between aspects, ensuring both virtual-physical equivalence and effective visualization. Its application in a nuclear safety-class DCS project has demonstrated promising results.
