In the design and construction of the Hualong One nuclear power plant, the selection and design of instruments have the characteristics of a large time span, high quality requirements for detailed design, and complex technical documents. Through sorting out instrument related work, the following situations were found: 1. Repetition or similarity of some problems in different projects, 2. The large number of instrument documents and review opinions affecting work efficiency. 3.Various design information of the instrument are data silos, lacking systematic connections. To address the aforementioned issues and further improve the timeliness of problem discovery and resolution. From the perspective of quality management, the following plan is proposed: 1. Establish an instrument resource platform; 2. Implement a linkage node feedback mechanism. By establishing an instrument resource platform, integrating various instrument data, standardizing the management, archiving, and retrieval mechanism of instrument review process documents, improving work efficiency, and avoiding the recurrence of past problems; Implement node linkage mechanism, through big data sorting, to link project nodes with design, provide feedback and requirements for design work from both design constraints and nodes, and establish a timeline on the instrument resource platform to remind responsible persons through information push and other methods, reducing and ultimately eliminating the occurrence of instrument quality problems.
