Control Room and Human Factors Engineering Standard System of Fuel Reprocessing Plant in China
摘要
To bridge the gap in the human factors engineering (HFE) standard system for control rooms within China’s fuel reprocessing plants and to significantly enhance the HFE design quality, this study concentrates on the requirements of China’s reprocessing facilities. Grounded in China’s nuclear safety regulatory framework and the critical elements necessary for HFE implementation, it conducts a comprehensive review of the existing regulations, guidelines, and standards about control rooms and HFE in China. The study initially formulates an HFE standard system for control rooms in reprocessing plants. Through an in-depth analysis of the development of this standard system, the study identifies current deficiencies. It outlines future directions for the evolution of the HFE standard system for control rooms in China’s reprocessing plants. This research not only establishes a systematic theoretical foundation and provides a reliable basis for practical engineering design in reprocessing but also plays a pivotal role in advancing the continuous development and optimization of the standard system for spent fuel reprocessing.
