The transformation process of the industry into a more digitized world is a key challenge of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. On the one hand, the advantages of new technologies must be used profitably, on the other hand, the workforce needs to be prepared to deal with new technologies and the complexity and speed that today’s production entails [1]. Based on AIoT technology, this project constructs an innovative intelligent operation system for the whole scene of smart cafes. This system employs multiple technologies such as ZigBee wireless sensor networks, AI-based visual recognition, and voice interaction. In this way, multiple functions such as real-time environmental monitoring, intelligent device status detection and customer preference analysis can be achieved. Externally, the CC2530 coordinator is adopted to build an energy-saving wireless sensor network, and Tmall Genie is used as the hub for voice interaction. The integration of multi-mode data is realized through Ali Cloud platform. The Boa server will provide a visual web interface, and the artificial intelligence algorithm can automatically adjust the temperature and humidity. It can also adjust lighting, check employee contracts and learn about customer preferences. The system is designed to provide a replicable technical framework for the intelligent transformation of the catering industry.
