Research on the Impact of Total Factor Productivity on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Thematic Model

Objective To explore the hot topics and evolutionary characteristics of the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine empowered by new quality productivity, and to study and judge the healthy development orientation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Using the core of Peking University and the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) included in the three major databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP Consulting as data sources, the LDA topic model was used to identify text content, divide topic modules and predict topic evolution trends. Results Three hot topics were extracted: technological innovation (Topic 2), traditional Chinese medicine service (Topic 1) and cultural identity (Topic 5). Conclusion By improving the ability of technological innovation, optimizing the quality of TCM services, and deepening the sense of cultural identity, the enabling effect of new quality productivity can promote the development of TCM to a new stage.
