Think tanks are important institutions serving the modernization of national governance system and improving its capacity. Under an increasingly complex international context characterized by deepening great-power rivalry, there is an urgent call for specialized think tank talents to carry out research on major strategic and policy issues across disciplines and fields, and provide more scientific, systematic and targeted decision consulting. Think tank talents have become urgently needed for government departments, think tanks, and social organizations.
