Think tank exchange is generally intended to discuss strategy proposals, foster expert consensus, exchange research methods, disseminate think tank research results, deepen the understanding of domestic and international situations and problems in various fields, and promote cooperation and linkage among think tanks. Think tank communication plays an important role in promoting the impact of think tanks. Through the dissemination of insights, opinions, values, and research results, think tanks can gain wider recognition and higher popularity, establish a brand image, and influence decision makers. While the audience of general academic communication is mostly experts and scholars in the same fields, think tank communication is not limited to decision makers such as government departments engaged in decision-making, but also affects other stakeholders and a wide range of social groups.
