Driven by social development and social changes, policy formulation and decision-making need to be more scientific, precise and intelligent, which puts forward higher requirements for think tank research. As a product of the deep integration of think tank knowledge and IT, think tank technology system offers a powerful tool to enable more precise and prompt policy formulation and scientific decision-making. Oriented to actual decision-making needs, think tank technology system organically combines various technical means and methods to form a comprehensive, complete and efficient technical support platform that assists think tanks in policy study, analysis and prediction, which serves as a reference for decision-making by the government, researchers, and social groups.
