Hardware-Based Design Validation
摘要
This chapter addresses the transition from theoretical controller design to hardware validation. It outlines methods for verifying system behavior through experiments, including current loop and speed loop testing. Measurement techniques, signal conditioning, and safety considerations are highlighted. The validation process is implemented using the ODrive hardware platform, which provides an accessible and flexible environment for testing motor control algorithms. By leveraging ODrive, the chapter demonstrates how theoretical assumptions can be validated, ensuring consistency between simulation results and actual hardware performance.
