摘要

As artificial intelligence and quantum computing redefine the corporate landscape, this paper argues for the integration of experiential and existential learning to complement the emerging technological symbiosis. As technology assumes more cognitive tasks, humans are increasingly valued for their unique ability to connect, empathize, and understand complex emotional landscapes. This paper explores the profound shift in the corporate world catalyzed by these technological advancements, underscoring the emergence of existential learning and its implications for individual and organizational growth. Anchored in the Intelligent Complex Adaptive Learning System (ICALS) theory based on over a decade of researching experiential learning through the expanding lens of neuroscience, the experiential learning cycle serves as the foundation from which existential learning emerges, emphasizing the importance of aligning individual purpose with corporate values for job satisfaction and productivity. Existential learning, informed by philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience, delves into the essence of self-perception and the pursuit of personal and societal meaning in one's work. The power of resonance and coherence are addressed as the focus shifts from understanding to acting, energizing the corporate educational environment to take full advantage of experiential and existential learning opportunities to cultivate an adaptable and visionary workforce seeking purpose in the age of machines.
