This paper presents SMU Navigator, a mobile application developed to improve the university experience for students—particularly international students—by addressing common challenges in campus navigation and local integration. Featuring real-time Firebase backend support and bilingual content (Korean and English), the app delivers structured, location-based information about campus facilities and nearby city services. It aims to mitigate accessibility and language barriers faced by new students. A comparative case study of the widely used Everytime app underscores the importance and impact of multilingual support in enhancing student services in South Korea.
