Aiming at the cooling system architecture of electronic equipment in traditional environmental control system, aiming at reducing the use of rammed air as much as possible, the cold air heat sink generated by the air conditioning system in the environmental control system is integrated. According to the principle of the loop control system, an electronic equipment cooling system consisting of a liquid cooling pump and a heat exchanger is built, and a simulation model of an air conditioning system consisting of a turbine cooler, a heat exchanger and a regulating valve is built. Based on the system simulation, the cooling liquid inlet temperature of electronic equipment in the cooling system can meet the requirements and the requirements of the air cooling system. This paper verifies the benefit of comprehensive utilization of the system in reducing the use of ramjet air heat sink. It provides a new idea of energy integrated use for the design of the environmental control system and a reasonable and feasible design method for reducing the compensation loss of the system.
