This paper systematically introduces the common international standards and grades of lubricating oils for civil aviation turbine engines, and deeply analyzes the impact of various parameters of lubricating oils on the compatibility of aviation engines. Based on the requirements of AC20-24D, this paper interprets the relevant CCAR Part 33 and Part 25 clauses related to lubricating oils from the perspective of civil aviation turbine engines and civil aircraft, along with the compliance verification requirements. Additionally, this paper reviews the verification paths for newly approved lubricating oil grades by foreign aero-engine manufacturers after engine type certification (TC), and proposes a general verification procedure suitable for domestic engines to add new approved lubricating oils, considering China’s national conditions. Through this research, the aim is to provide a scientific basis for the selection and verification of lubricating oils for domestic civil aviation engines, promoting the widespread application of domestic aircraft and engines, and supporting the independent innovation and international development of China’s aviation industry.

摘要
