The determination of the minimum control speed (VMC) is an important part of the airworthiness compliance verification, and its value size is one of the important bases for the design of the rudder and engine layout of the aircraft. There are many influencing factors of VMC, and the regularity is not the same under different configurations, and the design stage requires more accurate calculations. Based on the airworthiness compliance verification test process of the minimum control speed in the air, this paper uses digital virtual flight simulation technology to realize the mathematical simulation calculation method of VMC. According to the simulation calculation results, the influence of the aircraft weight center of gravity state on VMC is analyzed, and the VMCA under specific states is predicted based on BP neural network technology, and the results are basically accurate.
