Research on Verification Technology of Instrumentation Operational Amplifier for Aviation

In the development of aviation equipment, high-reliability electronic components are the core foundation for the realization of key functions such as flight control system and sensing parameter acquisition. However, the long-term reliability and wide temperature performance of some domestic devices, represented by operational amplifiers, have not been fully verified. In view of the special requirements for accuracy, temperature adaptability and anti-interference ability of the amplifier in the airborne environment, a six-dimensional verification method covering functional performance verification, output load, supply voltage/temperature bias, and fault mode injection is proposed in this paper. By comparing the different performance of domestic devices such as FX620, ZSAD620 and AD620B in six tests, it provides key technical support for the use of domestic components in the aviation field.
