Aiming at the problems in traditional process design, such as poor process quality, difficulty in reusing business data, low efficiency of process-manufacturing data transmission, incompatibility of 2D and 3D process design environment, a set of fully structured part process design system compatible with 2D and 3D was proposed. To realize the fully structured and standardized management of the part process data, the rapid construction of the part process based on rules, and the unification of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional process design environment and output carrier, and through the integration technology of various information systems, the structured data is sent to the site to guide production. Finally, taking the impeller of the typical part of the aviation aircraft as the object, the related key technologies are verified.

摘要
