This paper studies the application of magnetic particle testing technology in aircraft fatigue tests. Firstly, it introduces the principle and process flow of magnetic particle testing, elucidates its application scope and timing, analyzes the problems existing in the application of magnetic particle testing technology in aircraft fatigue tests, and proposes optimization methods. Finally, it enumerates application cases of magnetic particle testing, demonstrating that magnetic particle testing technology has important application value in aircraft structural fatigue tests due to its high sensitivity, strong intuitiveness, and other advantages.
