Design and Load Verification for Experimental Test Bench of Civil Aircraft Cargo Door

The experimental test bench for cargo doors is fundamental for testing civil aircraft cargo doors. This paper presents the design of a test bench for a cargo aircraft cargo door. To verify whether the test bench meets the design requirements, a load analysis was conducted on the bench. The analysis takes into account a comprehensive simulation of unidirectional load, torque load, high and low temperatures, as well as temperature load with a temperature change rate. Through computational analysis, a cargo door test bench structure that satisfies the functional requirements and test objectives was obtained, providing a reference for related designs and supporting the subsequent related tests.
