Research and Application of IDHEAS-ECA Method in Fire Human Reliability Anaysis of Nuclear Power Plant
摘要
Fire Human reliability analysis (HRA) is an important part of fire Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA), which provides human error probability (HEP) and data support for fire PSA, can qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the reliability of operator diagnosis and operation after fire accident, and obtains the failure probability of personnel action. At present, the fire HRA analysis is mainly based on the analysis methods and processes provided by the NUREG-1921 guidelines, which proposes screening value analysis, scoping analysis, detailed analysis, etc. For the detailed analysis, it is suggested to be consistent with that of in internal events HRA analysis. During the fire accident response process, it may have some difference with that of in internal events, there may be more teams involved in the mitigation of the nuclear power plant, besides, the personnel of the nuclear power plant not only need to respond to the fire, but also to deal with the accident to ensure the safe operation of the power plant, in addition, the fire may also lead to equipment failure, affect the performance of the operator, and even lead the operator to take incorrect actions that worsens the state of the power plant, which seriously threatens the reliability and stability of the power plant. What’s more, in recent years, with the continuous development of research depth, HRA analysts have questioned the method of internal events HRA applied directly to fire HRA analysis may be beyond the application scope of the analysis method itself and cannot reflect the response characteristics of operators in fire scenarios. The IDHEAS-ECA method is the latest HRA analysis method developed by the NRC in the United States, which is suitable for all HRA applications of the NRC, including disaster accidents, but there is no literature detailing the application of the IDHEAS-ECA method in the analysis of fire HRA. The purpose of this paper is to explore and study the application of IDHEAS-ECA method in the analysis of fire HRA. This paper first introduces the background of fire HRA analysis, describes the response characteristics of personnel in fire scenarios, then describes the process and content of fire HRA analysis using IDHEAS-ECA method, and finally provides a case study to better guide the fire HRA analysis, which has important and practical engineering significance.
