Concern for limit states of ships and offshore structures and their structural components under accidental and damage conditions during operations. Types of events considered shall include collision, grounding, dropped objects, explosion, fire, and operational conditions beyond the design envelope. Hazard identification, accidental loads and nonlinear structural consequences including resilience and resulted risks shall be considered. Special attention is to be given to methods and assessment considering structural resilience, operability and survivability. Unmanned vessels and offshore wind farms shall be considered.

摘要

Concern for limit states of ships and offshore structures and their structural components under accidental and damage conditions during operations. Types of events considered shall include collision, grounding, dropped objects, explosion, fire, and operational conditions beyond the design envelope. Hazard identification, accidental loads and nonlinear structural consequences including resilience and resulted risks shall be considered. Special attention is to be given to methods and assessment considering structural resilience, operability and survivability. Unmanned vessels and offshore wind farms shall be considered.
