Concern for the current developments in materials and fabrication technologies, knowledge gaps, recommendations on how to improve design, qualification and approval processes in order to keep pace with upcoming innovations. Further, the Committee shall raise the awareness on challenges from new materials, advanced fabrication processes and increased digitization. Special attentions to be given to advanced material and fabrication models to support structural analysis during design and operation. Attentions are also to be given to material aging and assessment methods during structural life cycle.
