A young female presented with primary amenorrhea, clitoromegaly, and other signs of virilization. These features coupled with her very high plasma androgen level prompted CT scanning of abdomen, revealing bilateral adrenal tumor. She completely returned to a normal state both clinically and biochemically following resection of the tumor. Histopathology was suggestive of pure virilizing benign adrenal adenoma which is a relatively rare entity leading to such presentation.
