This paper focuses on the high temperature gas cooled reactor new fuel automatic charging system new fuel bag orderly grab and disassembly technology research and development, through the system test and theoretical analysis, put forward a series of innovative technical solutions, the core goal of the research is to improve the automation and intelligent level of new fuel charging process. The research content of this paper includes the design and optimization of the new fuel bag grasping manipulator, the development of disassembly process and automatic control system, as well as the test verification and case analysis of related technologies. Through these studies, the aim is to improve the refuelling efficiency of the high temperature gas cooled reactor and promote the sustainable development of the nuclear energy industry.
