This study explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on decision-making processes within the management domains of finance, marketing, and human resources (HR). The study examines 15 research articles in each domain, highlighting AI’s applications in predictive analytics and risk management, financial market forecasting, fraud detection, customer service enhancement, marketing campaign optimization, recruitment automation, and employee engagement. By comparing the benefits, challenges, and effectiveness of AI across these sectors, the article offers a comprehensive synthesis of current trends, common themes, and future directions for AI in management decision-making. This study also addresses the pros and cons of using AI in these domains and provides strategies for overcoming resistance to AI adoption among employees. The findings underscore the significant role of AI in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance in business operations.
