This article introduces the structural characteristics of the once-through steam generator and throttling assembly in the demonstration project of high-temperature gas cooled reactor(HTGR), and analyzes the reasons and effects of sediment blocking the throttling holes. The deposition law of corrosion products on the throttling holes of steam generators in HTGR was studied by conducting dynamic cyclic tests at high temperature and high pressure, including the effects of different iron sources, iron contents, flow rates, and pH values on throttling hole deposition. The experimental results show that ion state self corroding iron is the main source of sediment in throttling holes. The phenomenon of throttling hole sediment increases with the increase of iron content in water quality, and it is found that the sedimentation rate of throttling holes first increases and then decreases with the increase of flow velocity, and intensifies with the increase of pH value. Properly reducing the pH value of the feed water and optimizing the size of the throttle hole structure are effective methods for simulating sedimentation and blockage of the steam generator throttle components, which can improve the operational reliability of the steam generator.

摘要
