Automatic Control Strategy and Method of Ball Flow in Fuel Element of HTR-PM
摘要
No need to trip the reactor for refueling is a unique advantage of the high temperature gas-cooled reactor pebble-bed module (HTR-PM). The fuel handling system has realized this function. Due to the great demand for the daily circulation of spherical fuel elements, the number of corresponding control devices is large and the coupling is strong, and there is a lack of experience for reference, so its automatic control is difficult. The automatic control strategies and methods of fuel element ball flow are emphatically expounded, including the main cycle subsection control method, local decoupling control method, multi-ball simultaneous lifting control method, and the strategy of precise allocation of different types of elements in the reactor transition cycle stage.Long-term field operation shows that the automatic control logic based on DCS (Distributed Control System) can efficiently, stably and reliably control multiple devices to realize the loading, unloading and circulation of fuel elements at the same time, which meets the requirement of circulation of 6000 elements per day and effectively reduces the monitoring and operation burden of operators. The relevant automatic control strategy and implementation method are given, and the key control logic diagram is explained in detail, which can be used as a reference for the design and debugging of the fuel handling system of 600 MW modular high temperature gas cooled reactor.
