From Literary Landscape to Literary Tourism: The Hong Kong Experience
摘要
Taking advantage of the emergence of the “literary walk” in the new century, Hong Kong on the one hand actively promotes landscape writing by rediscovering and interpreting the concept of “place” in literary creation, providing literary tourism with landscape resources. On the other hand, Hong Kong has begun to grow and develop literary tourism. In particular, the South District Literary Trail 南區文學徑 became Hong Kong’s first official literary-themed tourist trail. The current development in these two aspects has provided significant resources for in-depth exploration in addressing some important questions in the field. For example, how to develop literary landscapes into tourist attractions within the context of cultural tourism? What significant interactions would occur between literary writing and literary tourism?
