This study explores the integration of Society 5.0 concepts and AI technologies into Management of Technology (MOT) education to enhance students’ readiness for a digital society. Utilising a Delphi study with 30 experts, the research refines curriculum modifications to align educational programs with the demands of a super-smart society. The findings strongly agree on the need for interdisciplinary approaches, digital literacy, and ethical considerations in MOT curricula. The study concludes that adopting these modifications will better prepare students to navigate the complexities of a technology-driven future.
