Animation Creation Decision Support System Based on Rule Engine

In modern animation creation, the existing creation methods rely on the subjective judgment of designers, resulting in low creation efficiency and misuse or loss of cultural elements. This paper proposes a rule engine decision system based on animation character feature matching, which automatically generates costumes and elements that conform to the traditional Chinese cultural background by accurately analyzing the identity, gender, style and other characteristics of the character. The system uses the Drools rule engine for reasoning and decision-making, and uses the Rete algorithm to automate the complex decision-making process through an efficient reasoning mechanism. Through rule definition, condition matching and real-time reasoning, it provides accurate decision support. The Drools system has high stability in matching accuracy. The generated clothing matching degree can reach 0.65 (0–1), the calculation efficiency can reach 95%, the rule matching speed can reach 5000/s, and it can maintain a high generation quality in a variety of data environments, providing an efficient, reliable and adaptable technical solution for the intelligent design of animation character costumes.
