With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and wearable devices, its application in the field of health management and personalized training has received widespread attention. This study aims to explore the design and implementation of a wearable device health data analysis and personalized training system based on AI technology. By analyzing the existing literature and the current state of technology application, a system architecture combining deep learning algorithms and real-time physiological data acquisition is proposed, which is capable of efficiently analyzing the user's health data and generating a training plan based on personalized needs. Experimental results show that the system has significant advantages in data accuracy and training plan optimization, providing an innovative solution for health management. This study not only verifies the feasibility of the integration of wearable devices and artificial intelligence technology, but also provides important insights for future personalized health management.
