Multi-dimensional Adjustment Model of the Relationship Between Technology Management and Enterprise Performance Based on Meta-Analysis
摘要
This research aims to establish a multidimensional regulatory framework to explore the relationship between technology management and corporate performance through meta-analysis, identifying key mechanisms behind various influencing factors. As technology management becomes increasingly vital for enhancing innovation and competitiveness, numerous empirical studies have examined its connection to business performance. However, differing research contexts have led to varied outcomes. The study analyzes the moderating role of technology management across five dimensions: cultural background, economic development, research periods, performance evaluation methods, and data characteristics. Results indicate that technology management significantly enhances performance, with factors like power distance, collective orientation, and long-term planning having a positive effect. Conversely, uncertainty avoidance and gender role differentiation show no significant impact. Economic underdevelopment and earlier time periods hinder the relationship, while varied evaluation methods and data characteristics strengthen it. This paper proposes a multidimensional model that serves as both a theoretical guide and practical tool for understanding how technology management influences performance, offering companies a framework to optimize decisions and boost outcomes through strategic technology management.
