Hence, this study aims to explore the applications of blockchain in banking. In this way, at first, the applications of blockchain in banking and also the attributes for evaluating them were identified through a literature review. Subsequently, the Bayesian Best Worst Method was utilized to obtain the importance weight of each attribute, followed by employing the VIKOR technique to rank these applications. The findings reveal that security, privacy, and transparency are deemed as the most important attributes, respectively. Also, the most significant application pertains to financial supply chain management. Drawing from these research outcomes, practical and managerial suggestions have been provided.
