She received local analgesic treatment with short-term recovery. About 5 months ago, the symptoms worsened with pain around sacrococcygeal region and restricted activities. She had a history of “meningioma resection” 6 years ago and “resection for meningioma recurrence” about 2 years ago. She takes Depakine (sodium valproate) for anti-epilepsy therapy.
