Patient is a 66-year-old female. She started to experience pain around her waist when open a window about 2 months ago. She had a radiograph taken then and showed no abnormalities. She was treated with oral anti-inflammatory drugs with no relief and symptoms worsened that she could no longer walk. CT images showed pathological fracture in the lumbar spine. Biopsy had been performed.
