Environmental Public Goods
摘要
The interconnection between environmental sustainability and public goods highlights the critical role that sustainable environmental practices play in the provision and maintenance of public goods. Environmental sustainability refers to the responsible management of natural resources to meet current needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own (World Commission on Environment and Development 1987). Many public goods are inherently environmental. Clean air, water, and biodiversity are classic examples of public goods that are crucial for human health, well-being, and economic stability.
