This chapter analyzes the strategy and tactics of the movement utilizing pantomime as a kind of political satire to raise awareness of governmental capitalistic policies. A long march and street mime not only symbolize a peaceful protest but also signify Backsilmove activists’ success of their environmental movements. The testimonies from Backsilmove activists enhance our understanding of the creative agency of youth in mobilizing political power to contest unsustainable urban development and preserve the forest.
