We should deepen the revolution of energy production and consumption. As a major energy consumer, China's energy supply security is seeing increasing difficulty in the world's changing situation of energy supply and demand. Thus it is necessary for us to adhere to the strategic thinking of grasping the two markets and resources at home and abroad, internally promote the green transformation of energy by enhancing the capability of energy production and supply, along with accelerating energy import substitution, and also externally keep promoting the reform of energy governance system with deepening cooperation.
