There is a growing trend of utilizing construction and demolition (C&D) waste as a valuable resource in various applications, including building materials. Recycling construction and demolition waste enables environmental sustainability and discovers inventive methods to reduce ecological impact. In this present investigation, the C&D waste is used as recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) in place of natural concrete aggregate (NCA) to make concrete. In this concrete, 100% RCA replaces NCA, and recycled concrete aggregate concrete (RAC) is formed. However, it is evident from previous research that RAC has inferior mechanical and durability properties. Hence, it is observed from the present result that RCA has lesser mechanical and durability properties than concrete preparation with NCA. An attempt has been made to treat RCA using the Los Angeles abrasion (LAA) treatment. The treatment is tested on four different variations, i.e., 6 balls 250 rounds, 6 balls 500 rounds, 12 balls 250 rounds, and 12 balls 500 rounds. From this treatment, the best properties of RCA are obtained, and it is observed that the concrete prepared with treated RCA shows promising results and similar results to concrete containing 100% NCA. Now, untreated RCA is used as a recycled concrete fine powder (RCFP) and cement replacement. It was reported that RCFP had good results in up to 30% of cement replacement. So, in the present investigation, up to 40% replacement is taken, and it is noted from the experimental result that up to 30% of the properties are suitable. Now, it is concluded that up to 30% of RCP with 100% treated RCA showed similar mechanical and durability properties to concrete prepared by conventional concrete.
