It scrutinizes legislative measures, law enforcement strategies, and judicial responses to female abuse within the digital realm. The paper investigates the effectiveness of legal mechanisms in preventing, mitigating, and redressing female abuse on social networking sites. It evaluates the challenges faced by legal systems in adapting to the dynamic nature of online abuse and assesses the impact of cultural nuances on legal responses. This comparative perspective aims to add to the current discussion on improving legal frameworks to safeguard women from abuse in the digital age.
