Innovative Strategies and Practical Exploration of Talent Cultivation Models in the Context of Educational Digital Transformation

Against the backdrop of deep integration between the digital economy and artificial intelligence technologies, the digital transformation of education has emerged as a critical engine for reshaping the talent cultivation ecosystem. In April 2025, nine national ministries, led by the Ministry of Education, jointly issued the *Opinions on Accelerating the Advancement of Education Digitalization*, which explicitly call for opening new frontiers in educational development through digital transformation. Key initiatives include building a National Smart Education Platform, promoting the application of large AI models in education, and deepening the intelligent transformation of curricula and instructional materials. This strategic directive not only marks a new phase in China’s educational modernization but also poses new challenges and requirements for the cultivation of innovative talent. In recent years, educational institutions at various levels across the country have actively explored effective strategies for innovation-oriented talent development, resulting in a diversity of practical models. These practices are primarily concentrated in four areas: innovation in higher education talent cultivation, basic education, early childhood education, and regional talent development.
