Coupling Coordination Between Traditional Village Protection and Tourism Development: Case Study of Laoshan Traditional Villages, Shandong, China
摘要
The protection and utilization of traditional villages have been a common concern in recent years, and how tourism development and traditional village protection interact in a positive way is a hot research topic. This study introduces the method of statistical coupling collaboration and constructs a collaborative indicator system for traditional village protection and tourism development by drawing on the elements of traditional village protection in cultural landscapes. A collaborative degree model is constructed and analyzed by taking four traditional villages on the eastern foot of Laoshan as an example. Research has proven that the protection and tourism development of traditional villages at the east foot of Laoshan is at a primary level of coordination but has not yet evolved to a well-coupled system coordination level. The coupling coordination situation is closely linked to the development level of the tourism industry, infrastructure construction, material space protection, and the inheritance of intangible cultural elements. The spatial differences in coupled development are related to the case site’s resource endowment and industrial foundation. This evaluation system and model can accurately reflect the synergy between traditional village protection and tourism development, thereby effectively guiding the collaborative optimization of various indicators.
