In order to systematically explore the steam curing process of T-beam construction, the influences of water-cement ratio, sand ratio and admixture content on the compressive strength of concrete were investigated by orthogonal test and range analysis method. After selecting the optimal mix ratio of prefabricated T-beams, the effects of static holding time, heating rate, constant temperature, constant temperature time and cooling rate on the steam curing system were tested to provide data support for the optimization of the steam curing system. The results show that in the steam curing process of prefabricated t beam, the significant degree of influence of each factor on the compressive strength of concrete is in the order of content b > water-cement ratio > sand ratio. The optimal steam curing time of prefabricated T-beams is recommended to be 3 h, the constant temperature is 50 ℃, and the constant temperature time is 6 h. The recommended heating rate is 4 °C /h, and the recommended cooling rate is 4 °C /h in practical applications.
