The demand for prompt disease detection methods in the early stages has increased in recent years. This leads to expanding research associated with the multi-sectorial subject of nano-bioelectronics, which integrates electronics, biology, and nanomaterials. It is fast gaining prominence and presents opportunities to address current problems linked with healthcare monitoring. Specifically, the electronic transducers can express biological characteristics in them and can lead to notable enhancements in sensitivity and biocompatibility, creating avenues for advancements in essential healthcare monitoring. This chapter highlights the latest developments in nano-bioelectronics made possible by semiconductor nanomaterials. These devices with flexible systems such as power supply units, data storage, displays, biosensing, and therapeutic stimulation are distinguished by their high sensitivity and quick detection speed. In addition, their natural compactness, mobility, and ease of use make them well-suited for the creation of flexible healthcare monitoring devices. Hence, to promote a deeper understanding and further advancement of this discipline, this chapter clarifies the idea and outlines potential directions for future research. This chapter also highlights new developments in the field, such as implantable sensors and stimulators. This chapter will significantly improve the area by offering a thorough overview of the developments and possible uses of nano-bioelectronics in healthcare.
